Pricing and Payments
Credit card payments are welcome and encouraged !
Paying your deposit with a card enables you to secure a date immediately and
costs you nothing.
- A 1/3 deposit is required to make a reservation. Your
deposit is non-refundable, but you will never lose the deposit if you cancel
on time. Example: You pay a $60deposit to reserve a bounce house for
July 4th but it is raining that day. You decide to cancel and notify us
at 5pm on July 3rd. In this case. you may use your deposit to re-schedule for any date in the future, however we will not refund
the deposit. If you are not home when we attempt to deliver a unit, or do not
show up by 9:00 am for your scheduled pick-up, you will lose your deposit and
will not have a credit going forward.
Deliveries
- All deliveries within 10 miles of either of
our warehouses are $60 per item. An
additional charge of $12mile will be added for deliveries beyond the first
10miles. This is a one-time charge, not both ways. Example: If we are
delivering a unit 10 miles away, the delivery charge would be $5. Mobile
Gaming Theaters include a 20 mile delivery charge.
- Inflatable deliveries are scheduled to accommodate our
delivery crew and expedite the process. As such, you can expect your bounce
house to arrive between 8am & 2pm. The jumper will then be
picked up no earlier than 7 hours after delivery. These times are approximate and may be adjusted on
a day-by-day basis.
- We can not guarantee exact delivery times unless you
make a special request while making your reservation. Special pick-up or
delivery times MAY result in an additional charge of $25-$45. This costs
covers our gas and labor for the special trip.
- Please decide on a suitable location for your
inflatable before we arrive. Our crews are on a tight schedule and will have
only 20 minutes to set-up the unit before they must move on. An area about
20ftx20ft is suitable for a bouncer while 10x30ft is needed for a slide.
Please clear the area of any sticks, rocks or pet droppings. Then, decide
which way you'd like the unit to face and locate the nearest electrical
outlet.
Pick-ups
- Pick-ups at our location are from
7:30am-9:00am on the date of your rental. If you are running behind, please
call so we can make alternative arrangements. Remember that your deposit
is non-refundable. This policy is not intended to make it hard on you, but
rather to facilitate the smooth operation of our business including our
delivery schedule. Please confirm your pickup location with our
staff the day before your delivery (Norton or Solon).
Weather
- We reserve the right to cancel reservations as late as
11am on your rental day due to weather conditions. Impending rain or high winds are
our two major concerns.
- If we load the unit and begin deliveries, you will be charged a full
rental rate. We understand the desire to see how the weather looks that
morning, but please consider the logistics of planning and executing
deliveries across the county. Remember that you will not lose your deposit
if you decide to cancel by 8pm the night before your event.
- If it begins to drizzle or rain lightly during the
rental period, please leave the inflatable blown up. If it appears that the
rain is worsening, it is imperative that you act quickly to avoid additional
dry-out fees. 1) Turn off the blower 2) Open the air vents to
let the air escape from the unit 3) With your shoes off, walk around on
the unit to help the air escape quickly. 4) Fold the unit into thirds,
and then in half in the opposite direction 5) Fold the supplied tarp
over the deflated jumper like a burrito and weigh it down!
Customer Responsibilities & Potential Charges
- In order to keep our units clean and safe, we ask that you return the unit
to us in the same condition it was delivered or picked up.
- If the unit is returned dirty, damaged, muddy or excessively wet, you will
be charged a clean-out or repair fee as explained in your contract.
- Please follow all of the rules and regulations as they are explained to
you upon delivery. Our main priority is keeping the kids safe while keeping
the units clean and attractive.
- You must follow all State Regulations explained to you and
outlined in your safety book. The book, its forms, and a fire extinguisher
must remain within 20 feet of your inflatable at all times! Any
violations as a result of not following these procedures can result in a large
fine and potential liabilities. Feel free to call with any concerns.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, if you are not paying for an attendant...eyes must be on the
unit at all times by a trained operator!
