Why should I choose Cleveland Bounce Inflatable Rentals?

Not only are we a fully insured and state inspected inflatable rental company, but we maintain respectable safety standards. We will teach you to use the jumpers safely and are available at any time.  In addition, we are family owned and operated.  That means you will be dealing directly with an owner (someone who actually cares)!  Cleveland Bounce's affiliation with Akron Bounce  and Ohio Mobile Gaming adds an extra layer of assurance that you will get what you need, when you need it, & at a very competitive price.  OMG is now our parent company, which is why we offer two different Mobile Gaming Theaters, Laser Tag, Dunk Tanks, Water Tag and more!

How safe are these things?

Very!  First of all, our inflatable bounce houses are inspected by the State of Ohio annually and are certified by the Deptartment of Agriculture.  We inspect each unit before and after use for safety related issues.  We also clean and SANITIZE each unit using a fogger between every use.  As long as our safety guidelines are followed and the kids are supervised, our inflatables are very safe.

Do you offer discounts for multiple items or multiple days?  Do you ever donate your services to churches and other non-profits?

Yes!  Give us a call so we can discuss your needs.  Discounts only apply to multi-day or multiple item rentals.  For donations, you must first fill out the form found here and return it to us for consideration.

Can I just wait until the weekend I need the inflatable and call you then?

You can certainly try. However, we recommend calling at least 4 weeks prior to your event.  If your event is a holiday, graduation, or other common celebration, you will need to reserve it even earlier.  Every once in a while we can provide you with a bounce house on short notice...just give us a ring! 

How are payments handled and what method of payment do you accept?

Upon reserving your bounce house, we require a 1/3-down deposit by credit card.  The remainder is due upon delivery or pick-up.  We currently accept cash, money orders, credit cards and personal checks. 

What if it rains or I need to cancel?

In the event that you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.  Weather issues are inevitable and we will work with you to schedule another date.  You will never lose your deposit if you cancel by 8pm on the day before your reservation.  If inclement weather is impending, we will call you to be sure you want the unit delivered.  If you cancel for other reasons, we will make arrangements on a case by case basis.   If you are not home when we attempt to deliver the unit, cancel after 8pm the night before your rental or do not show up for your scheduled pick-up, you will lose your deposit and receive no credit.

What time do you make deliveries OR what time can pick my items up?

When you make your reservation, an approximate delivery time will be given to you.  All of our deliveries come with a guaranteed 7 hour usage.  We will guarantee deliveries between the hours of 10am-and 2pm, and pick-up no sooner than 7 hours later.  Sometimes, we will have to deliver it well ahead of schedule, and might even pick it up several hours after your party is over.  Of course, every situation is different, so please speak to an attendant to ensure your item is available when you need it.  A delivery person will call the night before to confirm and remind you of the estimated time of delivery.  If you don't receive this call by 6pm, please call us to find out your estimated delivery time. 

For pick-ups, you must first confirm at which warehouse you'll be picking your item - Solon or Norton.  This will be done when you place your order. 

Typically, pick-ups are available on the morning of your rental between 7:15am and 9:00am. In the off-season (September 15-April 30th) they are typically available from 8:00am-9:30am or by appointment only. You will get a call the day before your rental as a reminder. Please be sure to confirm warehouse pick-up times as adjustments have to be made on occasion. If you do not receive a confirmation call by 6pm the day before your delivery, please call us at 330.745.4545 or 440.822.3960.

Return times are as follows : May 7-9pm on all days except Saturday which is 7-9:30. June-August 7-10pm, except Saturdays which is 7-10:30pm. Sept-April is 7-9pm or by appointment only.

POLICIES

Pricing and Payments

  • Credit card payments are welcome and encouraged !  Paying your deposit with a card enables you to secure a date immediately and costs you nothing. 

  • A 1/3 deposit is required to make a reservation.  Your deposit is non-refundable, but you will never lose the deposit if you cancel on time.  Example: You pay a $60 deposit to reserve a bounce house for July 4th but it is raining that day.  You decide to cancel and notify us at 5pm on July 3rd. In this case. you may use your deposit to re-schedule for any date in the future, however we will not refund the deposit.  If you are not home when we attempt to deliver a unit, or do not show up on time for your scheduled pick-up, you will lose your deposit and will not have a credit going forward.

Deliveries

  • All deliveries within 10 miles of either of our warehouses are $60 per item.  An additional charge of $2/mile one-way will be added for deliveries beyond the first 10 miles.  This is a one-time, one-way mileage charge - not per item. Example: If we are delivering a single unit 15 miles away, the mileage charge would be $10, in addition to the base $60 delivery/set-up/tear down charge.  Two items to the same location would result in the same $10 mileage charge, plus $120 for delivery/set-up/tear down. Mobile Gaming Theater pricing already includes a 20 mile delivery charge.
  • Inflatable deliveries routes are planned to accommodate all customers and expedite the process.  As such, you can expect your bounce house to arrive between 8am & 2pm.  The jumper will then be picked up no earlier than 7 hours after delivery.  These times are approximate and may be adjusted on a day-by-day basis.
  •  We can not guarantee exact delivery times unless you make a special request while making your reservation.  Special pick-up or delivery times MAY result in an additional charge of $25-$45.  This costs covers our gas and labor for the special trip.
  • Please decide on a suitable location for your inflatable before we arrive.  Our crews are on a tight schedule and will have only 20 minutes to set-up the unit before they must move on.  An area about 20ftx20ft is suitable for a bouncer while 10x30ft is needed for a slide.  Please clear the area of any sticks, rocks or pet droppings.  Then, decide which way you'd like the unit to face and locate the nearest electrical outlet.

Pick-ups & Returns

  • If you are running behind for a pick-up, please call ASAP so we can make alternative arrangements.  Remember that your deposit is non-refundable.  Please confirm your pickup location, time, and return time with our staff the day before your delivery (Norton or Solon).

Weather

  • We reserve the right to cancel reservations at any time prior to delivery or pick-up on your rental day due to weather conditions.  Impending rain or high winds are our two major concerns.
  • If we load the unit and begin deliveries, you will be charged a full rental rate.  We understand the desire to see how the weather looks that morning, but please consider the logistics of planning and executing deliveries across several counties.  Remember that you will not lose your deposit if you decide to cancel by 8pm the night before your event.
  • If it begins to drizzle or rain lightly during the rental period, please leave the inflatable blown up.  If it appears that the rain is worsening, it is imperative that you act quickly to avoid additional dry-out fees.  1) Turn off the blower  2) Open the air vents to let the air escape from the unit 3) With your shoes off, walk around on the unit to help the air escape quickly. 4) Fold the unit into thirds, and then in half in the opposite direction 5) Fold the supplied tarp over the deflated jumper like a burrito and weigh it down!

Customer Responsibilities & Potential Charges

  • In order to keep our units clean and safe, we ask that you return the unit to us in the same condition it was delivered or picked up. 
  • If the unit is returned dirty, damaged, muddy or excessively wet, you will be charged a clean-out or repair fee as explained in your contract. 
  • Please follow all of the rules and regulations as they are explained to you upon delivery and observe the rules clearly posted on the inflatable.  Our main priority is keeping everybody safe while maintaining clean and attractive inflatables.
  • You must follow all State Regulations explained to you and outlined in your safety book. The book, its forms, and a fire extinguisher must remain within 20 feet of your inflatable at all times!  Any violations as a result of not following these procedures can result in a large fine and potential liabilities.  Feel free to call with any concerns.  MOST IMPORTANTLY, if you are not paying for an attendant...eyes must be on the unit at all times by a trained operator!
